The Majestic Humpback Whales are returning to the warm waters of Hawaii! Maui's protected Marine Sancturary is one of their favorite mating and breeding areas, and they return home to Maui from Alaska year after year. The official Whale watching season is Dec 15th through May 15th. There are many Whale watching Tours to choose from, however I personally love the Sunset Dinner Cruises. I always look forward to seeing our Beautiful Humpbacks majestically cruising in pods, the males singing, and the escort males, mothers and calves jumping, and playing and learning the ways of their ocean world!
