Haleakala Bike Trips:

-The SUNRISE FULL 38 MILE TRIP... Haleakala means "House of the Sun" in Hawaiian, and a very popular adventure is going to see sunrise from 10,023 feet at the crater's rim. Spectacular! Then hop on those bikes and head on down the 38 mile scenic ride to sea level. The fresh upcountry air & only 400 yards of pedaling!

-The EXPRESS SUNRISE 30 MILE TRIP... see sunrise then van down to Hosmer's Grove and start biking from there. 30 miles. Meal is "no-host" pay your own.

-The CRATER DAY 38 MILE TRIP... same as the full sunrise trip, but for those who don't want to get up at 2AM!

-The TOP HALF CRATER 21 MILE TRIP... Meet at Starbucks in Kahului at 8am. Van to the top of Haleakala and bike down from there to Sunrise Market in Kula, then van back.

-The SELF-PACED 30 MILE TRIP... Meet at Starbucks in Kahului at 8am. Van up to the top of Haleakala. Van back to Park Headquarters & then take off on your own & bike to sea level.
