The more I know about your needs, the better I can serve you! Once I receive your email, please allow at least 24 hours for a call back or an email response, although I will usually get back to you sooner then that. Make sure to include a contact number as well as an email address.

1. What is your name and how many folks will be traveling with you? Please include ages of your children, and let me know if there are any seniors over 60 years of age!

2. Where will you be staying? If you will be Island hopping, please provide the dates on each island.

3.What are your arrival and departure dates?

4. Which activities are you interested in reserving? Please provide the activities you would like to find out about and the dates you prefer to reserve for each trip as well as a second choice in case the first date is sold out.

5. Please include any questions that you have as well.

Once I receive your email information, I will contact you via phone or e-mail, usually within one to two days to discuss and confirm your choices, and get your payment information.  I will make sure you understand everything about your reserved tours and let you know how your tickets are going to arrive to you. I usually e-mail them along with the itinerary, or I use first class mail. I look forward to helping you plan a wonderful time! Vacation dreams do come true!  I'll talk to you soon! Thanks again.

 

Please send all inquiries and questions pertaining to your group or activities via email to Barbara L. Gantt or the Activity Reservations link above, and allow 24 to 48 hours for me to provide you with friendly, prompt, and reliable service! You may also call daily during the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM Hawaii Standard Time and leave a detailed message and your contact info. I will give you a call you back ASAP!
